Initiate Your Request
Log into your ESR TECH account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were initially included.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement device within 3-5 business days.
